These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Nam Tip Thai Massage therapy services, whether provided in person in our shop or through the website (the "Website"). By accessing and using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the services.

Services. The Website provides information about thai massage therapy and the services offered by Nam Tip Thai Massage. The services offered may be changed from time to time without prior notice. Our in-person services include traditional Thai massage, Thai oil massage, Deep Tissue Massage and other related massage therapy services listed on our Treatments page.
Appointments. You may make appointments for massage therapy services either through the Website or by calling us. When making an appointment through the Website, you must provide accurate and complete information. When making an appointment by phone, you must provide the same information to the person taking the appointment. You must keep the information up-to-date. The appointment time is reserved for you and we expect you to arrive at the appointed time. If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients. In the event of this occurring, you will still be charged the full amount for your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel or reschedule it as soon as possible.
Deposit Requirements for Peak Time Bookings. To secure your booking during peak times (e.g. holidays, weekends, etc.), a non-refundable deposit may be required. The amount of the deposit and the peak times for which it is required will be clearly stated at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment during peak times, the deposit will be forfeited. If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients. In the event of this occurring, you will still be charged the full amount for your appointment. Please note that failure to comply with the deposit requirements, appointments or cancellations policy on one occasion may result in a requirement for pre-payment of the full amount for future bookings during peak times.
Refunds. Our therapists will listen to your requests and adapt the treatment but, in our pursuit of excellence, we realize that we may not always meet your expectations. Please let us know immediately if you are not satisfied with any of the services. We will not refund any services after 15 minutes. We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed. Refunds for gift certificates will only be granted in the event of the recipient's medical emergency, with proof provided to Nam Tip Thai Massage.
Cancellations. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Clients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the full price of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, at the discretion of Nam Tip Thai Massage.
Payments. Payment for massage therapy services must be made at the time of the appointment. We accept various forms of payment, including cash or bank transfers at the store; and credit and debit cards through our third party booking partners. We may change the forms of payment we accept from time to time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability. The information and services provided by Nam Tip Thai Massage are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the information contained on the Website or provided in person is accurate, complete or current. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the services or for any errors or omissions contained in the information provided.
Disclaimer of Warranty. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website or provided in person. You expressly agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nam Tip Thai Massage and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, demands, losses, damages, expenses, or other liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or related to your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or any other act or omission by you.
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved in the courts of Manchester.
Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services after any modifications to these Terms shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nam Tip Thai Massage with respect to your use of the services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
